You will require a valid credit card to make a booking & you may also be required to provide photo ID as well at check in.

i. If you are unable to provide such identification your booking may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay Richmond Lodge an amount equal to the full booking amount plus any other costs incurred by Richmond Lodge in connection with the booking. Accordingly, any pre-payment you have made in relation to the booking will be forfeited to Richmond Lodge under this term.

Unaccompanied Minors
i. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent, step-parent, guardian or other adult who has parental rights and responsibilities for the under 18 year old guest.
ii. If a guest is found to be a person under the age of 18 who is not accompanied by a responsible adult Richmond Lodge may immediately cancel the guest's booking and the full booking amount will be forfeited to Richmond Lodge under this clause.

DAMAGE
The guest who registers at check-in/arrival will be held accountable for any damage to the apartment and contents during the stay dates. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the suite) which will result in forfeiting any deposits, pre-payment, cash security deposit and also may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at check-in/arrival.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
Check-in/arrival time is from 14:00 (2:00PM)until 7pm. We allow guests to arrive earlier and can store any luggage until the suite is ready. Checkout/departure time is prior to 10:00 (10:00AM) - late check-out after this time may incur an extra night’s charge.

EVICTION OF A GUEST
Richmond Lodge may evict a guest or visitors without warning.
A guest is subject to such eviction should the following (but not limited to) occur;

  • Intoxication and unsavoury behaviour
  • Overcrowding - when the number of persons in the suite exceeds the capacity
  • Physical or verbal assault towards hotel representatives, residents or other guests
  • Wilful damage to Richmond Lodge property
  • Any incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises
  • Any behaviour posing a safety threat to others
  • Ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise)
  • Throwing of objects over the suite balconies or from windows
  • Smoking within the apartment (a cleaning and deodorizing fine will also apply)

GUEST COURTESY
For the comfort of all our guests, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. We request that any nonregistered visitors leave all suites by 10pm (22:00) each evening. Please also extend this courtesy to our neighbours when entering and exiting the building or car park.

PET POLICY
Richmond Lodge does not permit pets at any locations. If have an animal is considered a breach of your accommodation conditions and you will be asked to leave or remove the animal. Guide dogs are permitted and must have a medallion on their collar with the registration number and the owner must also carry a laminated pass (with the owner and dog’s name). Guide Dogs are required to be harnessed in public areas. Please advise ahead of time if you will be travelling with a Guide Dog.

SMOKING POLICY
Richmond Lodge only takes booking from non smokers. If you only smoke outside you are clearly a not a non smoker. You will have to book elsewhere .
